The reason I left a bad rating is due to the unprofessionalism and lack of communication/service that I received from Pestbear. I switched over in February and signed up for the bundle lawn and pest services. I have seen tons of bugs ALIVE, in my home. I called to request a touch up spray inside my home, which they never did (even on my initial service). I did not receive a phone call or an update. The technician then comes to my home in the evening, when I am still at work to do the lawn and an exterior spray, when I specifically asked for an interior spray. My husband even mentioned that I wanted an interior spray and he proceeded to tell my husband we didn't need it!!! I never had these issues with my previous provider. I immediately cancelled all services with Pestbear as they operate in an unethical manner.
