The work that has been done thus far has been above standard. Joshua has been very good in providing his phone number and being considerate in addressing our concerns. The rodent droppings in the upper part of our home are still there. Joshua did facilitate the coordination between the subcontractor and Terminix. However, the excretions as of this moment are still there. Please let us know then when this job will be complete.
