Terminix arrived promptly and sealed off the building efficiently, which I appreciated. However, after the building was sealed, we were still battling a significant flea problem because the source of the fleas ended up trapped inside. It felt like we were spinning our wheels for weeks. When sealing off a structure, leaving a trap inside should be standard operating procedure; otherwise, as I am sure you know, the problem only gets worse. The technicians were courteous, but the lack of follow-through on identifying and containing the source made the process far more frustrating and costly than it needed to be.
