I started using Bug-Masters, LLC in 2014 and have been pretty satisfied with my pest and termite control. There were times where he would miss my bi-monthly treatments and try to make them up later. Recently I have personally seen how Jon works behind the scenes and at times it has not been pleasant. Jon is not only unprofessional, unruly, but belligerent, not only to his customers, but his employees. His pest and termite contracts are "tight" meaning, you can't get out of them. He tries to work with you, but always to his favor, and if you contradict him, you are sent to the attorneys, with additional fees. Example, why would you go into an apartment complex to treat someone's apartment fully knowing it was not right. Now you have this person not only in a contract that they cannot use, but is against the complexes lease and the tenant is now in a predicament. Jon could easily cancel that contract but he wouldn't because he has them in that contract and he will get his money regardless. Make sure you cancel your services by CERTIFIED MAIL, or he doesn't honor them, well maybe he would if your a friend. See, he picks and chooses who he will work with and who he won't. Beware if you get into a disagreement with him, he becomes confrontational, he feeds off that, and can be down right rude. I have heard it with my own ears on several occasions. Then he will decide to asses late fees to your account, months later because he decides to. Look at other reviews, these people are not lying.
You may want to take a screen shot of this review, I am certain that Jon will try to say that it is "illegal" in some way and want it taken down.
