My carpet has been damaged! The type of cleaning now is nothing like the service provided when I first dealt with this company, many years ago. Years ago when the cleaners left the carpet looked like it had been cleaned with care, some sort of rake was used that left the carpet looking cleaned. I am disappointed! Yvonne Morten.

Dear Mrs. Morten, We noticed your comments about the last job we did for you and your concern that we didn't use the same cleaning system and techniques. Rest assured, the same Ultra Dry carpet dry cleaning system was used and the rake you mentioned was the same tool to groom the carpet we have always used in the past. The damage to your carpet you spoke of was something we needed to take a look at so we scheduled an appointment on Tuesday, March 28, arrival between 9:00-10:00 a.m. to look at all the issues. Upon our technician's arrival, he explained the areas you thought were damaged was actually wear the carpet was experiencing due to its age and not from the cleaning. You acknowledged and understood Edwins explanation. As far as the cleaning, you advised Edwin that you were very pleased with that and didn't have any issues. We are happy that our return visit cleared up any questions that you had and we look forward to servicing your carpet dry cleaning needs in the future.
