Overall I’ve been pleased. There was one person who came & was very unclear on how to answer simple questions pertaining to my pets’ safety. He was changing his answers & I had very little respect for his knowledge & his way of dealing with questions. If he was not sure about how to answer questions I think he should have told me he would find out accurate answers & get back to me. This person in my opinion showed very little integrity & very little interest in doing his job.
