I understand,with the bad weather,that my technician was not able to check my outside traps ,but instead of coming back next week and checking them,when the weather is to be better,he is going to wait until the next quarter to check them.Those outside traps seem like the most important ones to me in keeping check on the outside activity that may be going on around the house and for the amount that I am paying for your service,I would expect better service then what I received yesterday!!! So NOT VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE!!!!!!!!
