Jim does an excellent job taking care of our mouse problem. He is thorough checking the basement, kitchen, garage, and around the outside of the house. Always pleasant and with good advice as to how we can help mitigate the problem. We are very pleased with him and how he takes care of our problem. Five stars!!!!!
