I was a bit angry when I went to open the door. I didnt see the Rep and a notice was placed already on the door to say you were here. Your van was across the street and I waited about 2 minutes before the Rep appeared. I did expect a call as noted on your report prior to arrival. The Rep did his job I refused spraying since it was drizzling rain and the back yard was covered in leaves. I didn’t see any point in spraying. The Rep had a long brush which he used to brush under my back door roof which was appreciate it. I look forward to your Spring visit.
