Minus one star because I would have preferred more explicit written communication in advance when HP switched from mailed invoices to electronic ones sent via email. I missed the first one in December and have had to deal with a collection agency as a result -- jeopardizing my near-perfect FICO credit score. Hopefully all fixed now, but better comms would have prevented the problem in the first place.
