After almost twenty years of being a good Home Paramount customer, I sadly have to report that the customer service at your company has dropped dramatically.

The last two appointments I have had resulted in a mix up about the time, and a no show.

In addition, I am pretty sure that my technician exaggerated about my having fleas in my house. I have not seen a single flea, or experienced any bites, despite doing all the recommended flea tests. But some how my technician reported being bitten and having fleas jumping on him in my house. A good tech would have bottled or bagged the varmints and showed them to me.

I had an appointment for him to come out for a follow up appointment, despite my misgivings, erring on the side of caution, last Wednesday August 30, 2018 , I made the appointment myself, and he never showed and I received no call or email.
