Been very happy over the years with the service from terminex. Recommend they start looking at rewarding long term customers that have been with them for 5 or 10 years with a free yard treatment, or some additional incentive to remain. Many other company have refined their treatment techniques over the years, so the end results is becoming customers remaining with Terminex is not the saving but the desire not to make a change. Recommend adding some incentives for long lasting customers.
