The company has provided very poor service over the past year. We've been with the company for over 20 years, and service was always excellent in the past. This year we were lied to, charged for work that was not completed and was unnecessary, and most recently have been regularly ignored when we contact the company to get the warranty documentation we were promised. We have been trying to get this documentation since the spring.
We have occasionally been sent documents, but in each case it's the wrong documentation. Most of the time we get told that managers are not available, but will get back to us, however we do not get a response, except for the two times we were sent the wrong documentation.
