Last fall I requested that whoever comes, that they come after 4, they were showing up at 3:30, therefore gone before I got home, and they were unable to come into the house. Problem solved. Now there are times the tech person has not shown up. The last time I was told that they call and left a message. There was no message on my machine. Noah said that he was going to check it out and get back to me - I have not heard from him. We rescheduled for the following week. The tech was in my driveway at 3:35, when I arrived home, and a day early. He said because of the impending snowstorm they were moving appointments up. Would have been nice to know that. What would have happened if I went out after work, would they have just done the outside of my house and not the inside, and I would get charged for it. I have a rodent problem in my garage, so it is necessary that I, or some one is home when they arrive. I told the tech that if this problem happens again I will probably have to find another reliable company.
