Terrible Service First day of new service by Pest Bear to show between 9AM-12Noon - No show and no call I call themm 3PM they apologize and say guy to be out next day between 8AM-10Am Tuesday service tech shows at 9Am very nice I ask him what is the plan he says e doesnt know this isnt his route he's filling in Sales guy said service would review yard put together plan and schedule plugs Service looks at yard says plugs aint gonna do it and he would evaluate Also to do trees and schrubs After review he says he will shoot insectiside and some other and that the office will get back to you He leaves no review but was very nice and seemed knowledgable Today two weeks no call Was sent computer bill for full treatment when I got 1/3 of a treatment No contact from the company I will not pay full price for 1/3 of a treatment In addition there seems to be no communication between management and the service techs Communication is bad Planning is bad I do not want to go forward with this service after this debacle.
