Terminex is reasonably priced in comparison to competitors. You always get an advance notice of applications. The Technicians are courteous and professional.

Only issue we have had is that we had to have a 2nd application to erradicate brown cockroaches. Since it had a 90 day warranty, we received 2nd application for free.

We will continue to monitor cost going forward. A good customer service organization.
