PestBear would show up and I wouldn"t know in advance that they were coming. I would find out when I got invoice. I then requested to be notified before they come. Then they stated that they couldn"t reach me by phone but they didn"t even try to email me to let me know that there was an issue with my phone number. Once again, without getting authorization from me they showed up and serviced my home and now they want to charge me for a service I didn"t authorized.
