I had no contact with Zachary listed below so it is hard to rate him. It is also hard to rate the fact access to the well was unsuccessful. However your recommendation of Sam Smith, the well driller was very helpful. He was available the next day to try to solve the problem. Initially his group could also not lift the well head. I was pleased that he is persevering and will come back on Friday with equipment needed to lift the well head. I appreciate your professional input and hope that once the well head is opened and the well is chlorinated that your company can come the following day, run the faucet for the appropriate time and get a water sample to get it tested at a professional lab and send me the results.
