Came back out because after they were here the first time, we still had bugs in the house and wasps outside. The guy who came back out, only came to deal with the wasps. Rang the doorbell and asked me where they were. The sales guy took photos and made notes of where the wasps were, black widows, carpenter bees, etc. He said he didn't gave access to that information. I told him I thought they may be under the porch and under the back deck. He proceeded to tell me that I needed to buy different material for under the porch so they couldn't get in and that he'd have to remove the lattice to spray under the porch. I told him the sales guy didn't remove anything when he found the nests so I wasn't sure what he meant but regardless there are definitely wasps flying around both the front and back of the house. He said he'd take a look. Came back 5 minutes later and said he didn't see any but to call back if we saw more. My husband is out there now spraying got bugs and wasps and has already found 3 nests. We've already put in a request to cancel service and a full refund. Completely pointless. Go with Orkin or just do it yourself.
