The branch manager called me after leaving my previous review. He stated that the service tech had noted the bait stations needed to be put back in the ground and they were working on scheduling a time to come back out and do that. However, there was no note left at my door or in my mailbox that would have let me known this was the case.

I do appreciate that the branch manager called me to fill me in on the details. It made me feel like they did care that I was upset by this. I've had great service in the 7 years I've been with Terminix and this was the first incident I've had which was just a misunderstanding. The only suggestion I have for Terminix is that they are a little more transparent in these situations.
