We are not happy with this service. This was our first month, we paid for green to clean and then weekly service. Two separate weeks I've called because no one came. Now our pool looks terrible, covered in algae. Obviously we were hoping to use the pool on memorial day and that isn't an option now because we need to shock it ourselves now and start over.
