Chris inspected our property first then provided the needed treatments. He spotted a dangerous situation of a wood pile that was touching the home. It was infested with termites and German cockroaches. We moved from Seattle where we just dont have to deal with cockroaches or termites. We bought this home recently and all the messes around the yard was supposed to be picked up. Chris sprayed our yard and areas of concern. He was really easy to work with and as it is too early to really know if all this will work in the long run, currently I am happy. My goal is to make my yard the least attractive in the neighborhood to pests.
