Really Terrible. Unavailable and unacceptable customer service, ridiculous scheduling, unprofessional supervision and a complete joke -complete lack of integrity and care for the customer. Disgusting leadership who have no accountability nor respect for their paying customers at all. What are we actually paying for? It’s pathetic fake customer service and gets worse every year with every renewal.
