I would have preferred more notice than a call late Friday afternoon that my service appointment would occur on the following Monday so that I could have arranged for the technician to work inside as well as outside. Also, my earlier application occurred during a downpour so I doubt it was that effective. Overall, not the stellar service I'm accustomed to from Hoffman's.
