I met with 3 very nice experienced Terminix technicians as we got to the bottom of my problem. Brandon first came, asked many questions and decided how to approach the possibility of rodents living under my back porch. Justin came next, he suggested Rodent boxes filled with a product to deter them. The 2 boxes will be monitored monthly by Terminix regarding refills. After a week, John, Wildlife Specialist with Terminix came with mesh wire to enclose the entire open surface under the porch. After the wire was installed, he sprayed the entire area under the porch with a very pleasant smelling repellent to help with any odors.
These were super nice technicians, I feel lucky to have had Terminix to help with my problem.
