The technician (think his name was David Fortner) that came out to my home & my mamas (next door) was very nice polite concerning (note on door for no visitors due to my mama having double transplant surgery). I saw him outside spoke & he stated why he didn’t knock loudly. He did job quietly asked if anything else needed to be done. When he was done I said just push door open & I’ll get the paper from you, he also was able to see mama blessed her & congratulated mama for her surgeries & doing good. I spoke with him about an issue we had (@ mamas house) with the team (not the tech) that dug a trench & cut electric wires into causing us to lose half our power to outside buildings & nothing was ever done & we had to repair & pay for it ourselves; even tho my daddy (whoms passed away now) called & spoke with someone about it & they never came called etc. The tech was very apologetic even tho it wasn’t his fault & said he’d note the account as to where wires were if any digging was ever needed again & that nothing was ever done about the situation before.
