Tech- respectful, polite.
Office staff- curt and undesirable to communicate with, inefficient scheduling, no communication prior to appointments, appointments not scheduled as verbally stated.
Purchased new furniture prior to contacting due to infestation- 4 weeks after purchasing (contacted one week after purchase) and "after 2 treatment" I have larvae, babies, and adults in my new furniture.
I"ve now scheduled 4 days off of work for my house to be treated once, supposedly be treated a second time (scheduling fiasco) but most likely not be treated.
I independently sought the service and financed the service. Yet my husband is the one who is able to get calls back and calls prior to appointments. I just got a second robocall stating someone would be here at a date and time never agreed on- which is a situation when you have to work from home with kids and pets.
Admittedly, not a desired experience, but the customer service and office practices have exacerbated undesirable.
