The service is still very good, but communication between AAI company and customer is poor.
For years I was notified through an email, about two weeks before my quarterly service; I could mark the calendar and make sure the bird feeder was inside and the gate to the backyard was open. The past two services were unannounced. Technicians just showed up at my front porch. Was relieved I was home so I could attend to removing bird feeder.
Furthermore, an invoice for the service used to be left at our front door or in our mailbox. No more? This evening I noticed an email from AAI Pest Control and learned I had to print a copy of the invoice for my records. I will send a check ($104.00) for the service rendered. There is no envelope, like the former years.
I'm guessing these changes may have something to do with the effects of the pandemic and are cost cutting for the company. All I wish is that the company had put out an email notice to customers explaining the new way of conducting business.
I appreciate the fact that AAI is still in business during these uncertain times. So many businesses are struggling.
