Before Integrated Pest Management was purchased by Home Paramount, I would be called to schedule appointments for quarterly services. Now I receive a message telling me when to be there. The level of customer service has definitely dropped. Also, I just paid for an additional mosquito treatment even though I requested that they call to schedule the treatments before performing them. The reason for this is because the mosquito treatments did not work as well as they did when I was contracted with another company, and I was going to cancel them if the last one did not work. And it didn't. But they performed another treatment without informing me, and I had to pay for that one, too.
My quarterly service is not as thorough as it was before, either. Bottom line: After giving Home Paramount a chance to retain my business, it's not worth my while to stay with this company.
