Your service was adequate. The quarterly inspection in which you knocked down cobwebs and looked around was not really of value. I fault myself for not scheduling or allowing the annual termite inspection; your team was certainly faithful about scheduling it.

When I prepared to list my home for sale, your technician stated there was a termite tunnel and recommended a vapor barrier and replacing insulation. While these services would have been helpful, I do not believe they were well-valued at over $3000.00. Also, I got a 2nd opinion from another service which did not find termite inspection or recommend a vapor barrier. Same with the buyer's inspector, who found nothing WDI-wise.

I scheduled an inspection for my new home in Youngsville, NC. This was outdoor only, which was fine. The technician informed me he would call me with his findings and I have yet to hear from him. The technician did not leave a door hanger or other indicator that he was actually at my house.

I do not plan to continue with Terminix. Your service has been barely adequate, nothing special.
