Mr. Art's communication is wonderful. He responds in a timely manner to my text messages. He nor does his staff have a problem with communicating and working with my Property Manager. Mr. Chance did not tarry but came to do his job and left. Mr. Chance even made a thoughtful suggestion that I didn't even think about. They are definitely professional and want the best for your housing situation.
