I am unhappy with the notification process or lack of thereto. I am informed of an appointment on 21 Feb 23 between the hours of 9:30 and 11:30 and someone shows up unannounced in the afternoon the proceeding day! It was a stroke of luck that I just pulled up in the driveway when the technicians were there. The billing process needs improvement. I received an invoice two days ago and the invoice is due within a week. The invoice does not reflect the annual period although you are encouraged to pay the annual fee to avoid extra charges. Notwithstanding, after I made payment and mailed it in, I received a postcard that the rates had increased! Service is good; however the administration of the program needs significant improvement.
