The staff are very polite and pleasant. They just do not do what they say they are going to do. They were supposed to do weekly visits for 4 weeks than once a month for a year. So far we have had 2 visits and I have been billed for 5 visits. If you want to use them stay on top of them. I cannot do that do due several circumstances and have to rely on then doing what they say they are going to do.
