We have been a client since December of 2015 and so far have paid an embarrassing amount of thousands of dollars for your services.

I have read through your web site several times and the following four topics stand out to me. First, I do not feel in control of my home; as we are being overrun by mice. Second, your services have not yet eliminated rodent infestation in our home although we are open to your methods and have been since 2015. Third, I honestly do not feel that I have been treated in a professional manner. My messages have gone unanswered several times, I have had technicians come to my home unannounced while I was home yet have gone out the door to find notes left that they were here and I was not home, I ceased receiving regular reports. I have called all of the phone numbers I can find but am only able to get an email response after waiting several weeks. Then, we were dropped as a client with bait stations being left at our residence and a lot of mouse activity. I will say that the technicians that have come to my home to do the monthly service are above board. They are professional in maintaining the bait stations and disposing of the dead mice.
