Didn"t have a ladder
Left debris in the finished park of basement.
Did not take all of the old insulation.
Didn"t have enough material to finish the job on day 1.
Didn"t have the sealant foam on day 2.
Didn"t come back when promised.
Didn"t use tarps to cover furniture.
Did not have a vacuum on the truck.
Basement was a mess when finished.
Loaned a broom and dustpan to try to clean up. We had to vacuum ourselves.
