I find it confusing that there are more than one Terminix providers, one out of Fayetteville North Carolina and another one that services my Terminix termite contract had a Richmond Virginia. The service that I have received thus far from the Fayetteville company has been very good. The only complaint that I have and it is Significant is the wait time to speak to anybody about anything at Terminix is absolutely horrible please get your act together and provide better customer service because the wait time to speak to somebody about anything is Very annoying.
