We were infested with cockroaches, and I was pleasantly surprised that Bugout could come by as early as the day after I called. The techs were friendly, professional and didn't over promise, saying results would not be instant setting up a follow-up treatment in two weeks. There were far fewer bugs the next day. I saw one the third day and none since. I'm more than pleased. Their price was also much less than I expected. So, great in every way.
