When we first hired them we had no issues, regular scheduled and friendly service. Then there were ever changing service people and all of a sudden calcium deposits in the pool, plus other little things here and there. It took a while to figure it out and to get it fixed. Despite the hiccups along the way, and me getting upset every now and then, I must say Alexis has been a delight to have on the phone. No matter how upset I was she remained friendly and professional. Also James and Jose are great to work with. In the future we hope all the bumps in the road are done and it"s smooth sailing from here on now. I would still recommend their service.
