I've used home paramount for almost a year now. I recently moved to the city and had pest issues so I immediately got home paramount to help.

I had them send someone to help me with the pest issues I was experiencing and she called me at least 7times making excuses for being late. One excuse was that she wanted to go to church. I must add that the appt was on a week day and it was the first appt of the day. she was at least 4-5hrs late for the appt and she stayed at my house much longer than necessary. She also offered me services that she could perform on her own without home paramount. She lied about me having bed bugs and she made up all kinds of things. She told me I'd have to do a heat treatment and move all my belongings out of the house. I honestly think she was under the influence of drugs and I'm serious. She told me the bed bugs were painted on the wood floors and brick walls of my house. She was unscrewing my electrical plugs and seeing things that weren't there. I called the Annapolis branch (I believe that's where she works) and reported her. I hope she no longer works for home paramount because she is a POOR representation of the company and I'm 100% sure I'm not the first one to complain about her.

After her, I had OK service with home paramount and was actually thinking about discontinuing my plan until Terrell came by. He was very knowledgeable and he went over and beyond with treating my house. It's been almost 2 weeks now and I haven't seen 1 roach. He clearly did something that no one else has done and I'm only keeping my plan because of his service.

I must add that I keep my house clean but I have no control over my neighbors. I have a row house in DC. My most dissatisfaction was from the lady that came to do a home inspection because I trusted that she'd be a professional but she lied to sell services I didnt need & was clearly on drugs. I got another pest company for a second opinion and they reassured me that her assessment was inaccurate.
