The initial visit from terminix was okay Mike was very informative and attentive to the situation but the follow-up with terminix I'm very disappointed with that I'm having to call multiple times to have to come out and check the traps that they set for the squirrel I'm either getting no response I'm leaving messages and I'm having to return calls on top of that the technicians that they're sending to service the traps in the attic seem to be too busy or overwhelmed to do the task I should not have been made to spend the weekend smelling dead rodent in my attic regardless of the holiday weekend which ended on Tuesday it is now Wednesday Also when I spoke to the supervisor he wanted to let me know that he has 3, 000 other accounts that he has to attend to besides me You didn't say that when you wanted my business and my money I just want this taken care of and I would like for terminix to be more attentive to the customers that are paying for their services This is not free I believe that it should be better for the amount of money that we do have to spend.
