I arranged the service because I have some specific issues, although it was the time to get their quarterly maintenance visit. After two times they did not show up, finally they came but they limit their service to the specific issues that I reported, but they did not cover the general maintenance. Also the person left without explaining any action that we have to do. One of the problems was solved, but the second is still present. I will have to call again and I hope this time the general maintenance is performed.
Of course they charged me right away, because to do that tgey are very efficiente.
