I am not happy with the follow up service offered by your company. I had to reschedule/postpose the follow up appointment because there was a gas leak at my house. This was done for the safety of your service person. When I called to reschedule that appointment, I was told that I would be charged for a reschedule because it was not within two weeks of the initial appointment. This is totally NOT customer friendly!
