When the representative came out and talked to us about doing our inside and outside pest control, we showed him the brochure that showed 9 visits for each pest control which included shrubs, weeds, crab grass and so on. When we told him we would give them a try for the amount on the brochure and the nine visits each for inside and outside with all that was included, the tech then came out for our first service and showed us the contract showed only 4 visits each and then told us that we had the minimal package. I told him if we weren"t getting what was shown on the brochure that I was going to cancel them. He took a picture of their brochure and said he would talk to the owner. I have not heard back yet and it"s been over a week.
