Claude was fantastic. He listened to what I told him and went about solving the problems. Told me the flying ants in my house were Caribbean Carpenter Ants and were coming in from the Areca Palm tree right next to my bedroom window. Just had the tree removed.
No comparison to previous company who just laughed at what I had to say.
