They were able to successfully exclude the flying squirrels from the space between the roof and 3rd floor ceiling. Overnight the problem was solved! There were some blips along the way... Lance came to do the work on a different day than scheduled with no call to let me know of the change to the plan. Also I placed 2 calls with relevant info (regarding payment and updating squirrel evidence) and that info wasn't shared with the people who needed it. Finally the original person evaluation our house didn't correctly identify that we had a squirrel problem, but his suggestions to remedy it were the same none the less. Overall the cost was the most affordable of 3 estimates and they got the job done.
