Pedro is great. But I was frustrating when I first signed up with the contract that I was unaware that the quarterly months are not based on when I first started the contract...that they are based on Jan/April/July/Oct. so the next appointment was too soon from when I first started my contract. And when I was on the phone w/ them, I felt pressure in continuing my contract already. Pedro, the tech, is great however!
