I was okay with your service until this last one for June 22. The service technician did not show. I waited all day. I phoned three times to see where he was and the first two times they said they would contact him and he would phone me, he never did. It was on the third call that they finally checked the schedule to find out I was not on it. The first two people did not even do that. I was never sent a notice of the appointment being rescheduled. Having waited all day, after cancelling an appointment I had in order to be here, I am fed up with your lack of customer service and responsibility. I have cancelled my contract.
