I would like to give 4 1/2 stars, but the system won't allow that. The project manager, Dylan, was very thorough and explained everything in detail. Due to the cold weather at the start of the program, there were only 4 chipmunks capture & they came to take the boxes away on the day the steel barrier was being inserted around the foundation. There happened to be a 5th chipmunk in one of the traps that day. I felt the program should be extended as the weather was warming up & I felt that there was some pushback. They agreed to 2 more visits. There were 4 more chipmunks captured on those 2 visits. We ended up with 9 chipmunks, 2 field mice and 1 toad. The paperwork did not always reflect the accuracy of the captures. One time I had to tell the tech there was a chipmunk in a trap that he had not checked. The men that did the digging for the barrier had a very hard job on a hot long day. I have all my stonework that had to be removed and am pleased with the result. They offer a 5 year guarantee. I have recommended them to a friend.
