I have used your service one other time a year ago, but I was not happy with the scheduling. Not consumer friendly on date to come, more worried about it being convenient for you not the consumer. Tenant not able to have time to get apartment ready in one days notice. Was supposed to do Mondays which is convenient for ALL of us and was told NO - company is going to tell you when to come. Tenant was very unhappy and so was I. Chris on the other hand was great, and apologized for something that wasn't his fault!
