I'm really upset with pest bear , you guys used to have a great company but now you have a company that thinks they can do what they want , an act like it's the customers fault , then when you call y'all the one that answers the phone has issues, and you had to repeat your house that's 346 over and over , then they look up some one else's name ,you call an cancel a appt in plenty of time an he made excuses that I know was a bunch of crap, usually I love jay , but this time he left my gate open an I wasn't home.
